? Do you provide alcohol?

No. The Velvet Pour operates as a dry hire mobile bar service. You provide the alcohol, and we handle the professional bar service, mixology, and presentation. This gives you complete control over your event's beverage selection while we ensure expert bartending. All alcohol must be provided in compliance with Washington state regulations.

? Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. All of our bartenders are fully licensed, trained in responsible alcohol service, and insured. We comply with all Washington state regulations and industry standards. You can feel confident that your event is in capable, professional hands.

? How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events and larger celebrations. This ensures we can secure your preferred date and allow time for custom menu planning and coordination. However, we do accept last-minute requests when availability allows—reach out to discuss your timeline.

? What do you need from the venue?

We handle all bar equipment and setup. We just need a designated space for the bar (approximately 8x6 feet), access to a power outlet, water access, and a clear path for our team. We'll coordinate with you and your venue during the planning process to ensure everything is ready for seamless setup and service.

? What happens if we cancel?

We understand that plans change. Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to our cancellation policy. We recommend reviewing the specific terms when you book, and our team is always happy to discuss options for rescheduling if needed.
